Facilities include a 40,000 square foot multi-tenant cargo facility with direct airside access that includes a 7,000 square foot temperature-controlled space.
Consistently ranked among the best airports in the world, Halifax Stanfield is a recognized innovator in the global airport industry. Halifax Stanfield was the first airport in North America to offer a self-service baggage drop system for all passengers.
With the development of a new Air Cargo Logistics Park, Halifax Stanfield will soon increase capacity by providing a new cargo apron area, buildings for cargo handling, aircraft de-icing, and operations space.

CN North American Railways
Daily cargo rail service to central Canada & the US Midwest. CN's 19,600 mile network spans Canada and Mid-America, connecting the Atlantic, the Pacific and the Gulf of Mexico. CN offers direct, on-dock rail service at the Port of Halifax. Double-stack trains move daily, seven days a week, from the Port of Halifax to CN’s rail terminals in Toronto, Montreal, and Chicago. Specialized rail equipment is available for bulk, breakbulk, heavy-lift, and containerized cargo. The CN-owned Autoport is one of North America’s largest vehicle processing and transshipment facilities.
Port of Sheet Harbour
Located on the Eastern Seaboard, the Port of Sheet Harbour is a deep-water terminal ideal for storage and assembly of wind components. This Wind Logistics and Transhipment Park has capability to handle multiple configurations of break bulk and special project cargo. It is uniquely positioned with easy access to major highways, meaning your cargo can be delivered anywhere in North America, by truck or vessel.
Halifax Logistics Park
Ready to meet your transload needs, the Halifax logistics park is located next to five 100-series highways and 10–15 minutes from downtown Halifax, Halifax Stanfield, and the Port of Halifax.
Multi-phased real estate development project dedicated to logistics and warehousing activity (distribution, transload, warehouse, cold storage, etc.) that supports the transportation sector. Pre-approved lots are cleared and graded with utility services, direct road links to the rest of Canada and North America, and streamlined trucking regulations.
