Helping Businesses Bounce Back

We’ll help you build a solid plan to prepare and respond to any type of challenge, so you can get your business back on track as quickly as possible.

BUSINESS RECOVERY & CONTINUITY TOOLKIT

COVID-19 has certainly shown us how quickly things can change for businesses. Some experienced dramatic downturns, while some businesses felt a huge jump in demands for their products and services. It’s important to have a solid plan for what to do in any challenging situation—one that can help you get back on track quickly. This toolkit is designed to help small and medium sized businesses like yours prepare for unexpected disruptions while navigating through the ever-changing business landscape.

A business continuity plan helps you:

  • Understand your business systems, supply chains, and human resources
  • Examine how each area of business activity is affected by a major disruption
  • Weigh the options for assessing risks and recovering from disruptions
  • Communicate challenges and train your employees
  • Develop a step-by-step response and recovery plan
  • Develop resilience and continuity plans that continue to be updated to reflect the current business landscape

This session walks you through exactly how to use the Business Recovery and Continuity Toolkit. It’s a helpful resource for small to medium sized businesses like yours, and will enable you to create a resiliency plan and strategy so your business can bounce back from any unexpected disruptions.

You will find additional videos on this page below the toolkit.
