The Halifax Index is Halifax Partnership’s comprehensive report on Halifax’s annual economic and community progress. Eagerly anticipated, the Index tracks Halifax’s vital signs across major themes: people, labour, investment and innovation, affordability and quality of place, and includes an analysis of rural Halifax and an annual report on Halifax’s Economic Growth Plan for 2016-21.
